New Installations

Installing Gas Central Heating to occupied dwellings is at the core of our business activity and we offer our clients unbiased and friendly advice whatever their requirements. New high efficiency boilers and correct control of systems can dramatically reduce fuel bills. It is our job to design and install effective heating systems that can be adapted to meet the specifications of different properties and clients. All our engineers are Gas Safe Registered.
Boiler Repair
Read & Errington are committed to providing a fully comprehensive boiler and heating breakdown service using a team of highly trained gas breakdown engineers. We are able to track all our engineers using a vehicle tracking system. This tracking allows us to pinpoint the location of each engineer ensuring that the closest engineer is directed to your property as soon possible, so we are never far away in an emergency.
We have recently upgraded our information technology to include real-time devices, therefore information is instantly sent back to the office when the engineer completes the work report so that response times are improved.
Gas Appliance Service & Safety
As you may be aware, carbon monoxide poisoning caused by faulty or poorly maintained appliances can be fatal. To keep your Boiler and Gas Appliances working safely and efficiently it is vital that you have them serviced yearly.
Here at Read & Errington we are experienced in servicing gas appliances. We provide a team of highly trained gas service engineers who service and maintain gas central heating and other gas appliances on an annual service package for our clients.
Plumbing & Bathroom
Read & Errington carry out all aspects of plumbing works for example: installation of a washing machine, a burst pipe or installation of a new bathroom. We employ our own team of plumbers, builders, plasterers, joiners and tilers. This enables us to complete your plumbing requirements from start to finish ensuring the installation runs smoothly and with minimal disruption. We work together with clients when modernising current bathrooms and we also specialise in disabled bathroom installations.
Underfloor Heating
Underfloor heating is water filled heating system through plastic tubing embedded in the floor, which is normally installed during construction of the floor areas in a property. Supplementary heating is not normally required as the emitting area is large that sufficient warmth is provided even on the coldest of days. It is very much a specialised field and one that Read & Errington have experience with.
